Wonderful, the room was clean, bed super comfy, the hotel is in front of Enge station where you can catch many trams to go everywhere in the city. Staff super friendly, recommended!

Everything was perfect, we even got to check in earlier. The staff was nice, friendly and helpfull. The location was excellent with five minutes walk to the lake.

Possibly the best place I have stayed in Switzerland. Incredibly clean rooms, excellent facilities, perfect location (bus stop across the road), but most of all the warmest friendliest staff. I felt like I was at home.

Everything was fine. The family room had enough space for family of four with 2 teenagers and a dog. Parking in the building. Walking distance to the city center. Umbrellas on demand.

Didn't have private car park space, but the owner guided us on how to get the parking approval. There was no WiFi connection in the apartment. It was supposed to be fixed, but never happened until we checked out.
