The reception staff specifically Eugeen. This young man bent over backwards to help us with directions, even walking outside to show us which to go. He also took care of my wife who's hair had issues with the conditioner provided by the hotel. Instead of simply saying that's all we have, he made a phone call and there was different conditioner in our room when we returned to the hotel that same day. That conditioner was wonderful. He also had a room set up special for our anniversary. Cannot say enough good about Eugene. Only problem lies in that there are not enough Acasa hotels so when we visit other countries we cannot enjoy the same class of service and wonderful breakfast. The apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommend this stay. Just a call out, it is a bit far away from the city center and we didn't realise that when we booked this place.

The apartment was clean and as described. It was not very old, but it was also not modern. The beds are comfortable but the bed-sofa was not very comfortable. Communication was good and fast. Self-check in was also very easy.

Location is perfect, just 2 min walk from Train station and like 10min walk from Hallenstadion. The facility was good, had everything that we needed, and was pretty clean. Check in was on time. I would most certainly come back when in Zurich again.

Centrally located, quiet hotel room, quite close to the airport (stayed here coz my flight got cancelled). Could do a last minute booking around midnight, quite smooth. Bed was cozy.

The apartment is like the photos, and wifi was good! Public transport is walkable, and it is easy to go and come back even late at night. Street parking is easy, though we didn't use it. Rooms are quiet, and beds were very comfortable.
