The hotel is located in a stunning location! High on a mountain with a panoramic view – on one side you see all of Zurich, and on the other side, hills and mountains – very beautiful! It is easy to get to the hotel from Zurich city – about a 20-minute drive, and public transportation in Switzerland is very convenient. Then there’s roughly a 10-minute walk up to the hotel (a lovely walk in the forest with a well-maintained path, really easy). The hotel staff is courteous and wonderful; they helped us with our luggage both ways, assisted with all our inquiries, and were willing to fulfill any request. Lovely and kind people, beautiful location, and an excellent breakfast!!

This 3-star hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Zurich Main Train Station. It offers a restaurant and free in-room Wi-Fi. The Bahnhofstrasse shopping street is just a short walk away.

WOW. Over the past year I have been to 10 five star hotels at least, and they were nothing compared to the Dolder. The Dolder Grand is something else, something above five start, something truly unique that I wished I had experienced earlier. My suite was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning view over the lake of Zurich. Everything in the room was clean, tidy, luxurious. The SPA was one of the best I have ever tried, beautiful and calm indoor pool, with an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking Zurich. The staff and the concierge were all super helpful, super kind and really made me feel special and welcomed during my entire stay. Finally I want to make a special mention for the food....the Saltz Restaurant was extremely good but what has totally surprised me was the breakfast. HANDS DOWN THE BEST BREAKFAST ON PLANET EARTH. Super happy of my stay, as I visit Zurich few times a year, I will make sure to stay at Dolder next time I come in few months. See you soon:)
