Very comfortable, recently renovated, well-equipped apartment located in an historic building in one of the best neighbourhoods in downtown Santiago - check-in, front door key and room code arrangements were all handled flawlessly by Alberth.
The apartment is only 5 minutes walk form the Metro Line 1 and close to all the cafes, bars and restaurants in Barrio Lastarria.
My apartment, No. 42, was on the top floor at the back and there was no noise whatsoever at night - also the bed was extremely comfortable. I went in the middle of winter with a night-time temperatures just above freezing but using the air-conditioning in heat mode kept the apartment comfortable at all times.
Although there is no breakfast service, there are several pleasant cafes within a few minutes walk, including one next door!

Location was excellent. Lastarria is a nice neighbourhood and quite lively but not rowdy. We felt safe during our stay.
