Absolutely stunning hotel with staff to match. The food was amazing as was the decor and layout of the hotel. The location is perfect and in an area where you can walk to a large mall and around the streets safely. Easy to use Uber and taxis to get to other locations. Don’t even conserve starting anywhere else.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The restaurant staff and manager each spoke to us personally every day and asked about our stay and what we had seen or done the previous day. The front desk staff offered a late check out when they realized our flight left late in the evening. This allowed us to comfortably enjoy another full day in Santiago and rest before catching our flight.

For me, the location is the most important thing for me. I like that the hotel is near by ECLAC, the place of my meetings and different restaurants and stores. Also, I like a lot the Tramonto Restaurant on the 9th floor.
