We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout our visit was outstanding. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Our room was comfortable, and the beds were perfect for a good night’s sleep. We would happily stay here again.

Everything. It was a lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were a very good size and well laid out. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast, outsourced to the cafe next door, was good.

We enjoyed 2 nights at this lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They organized an excellent private tour of the city with Herbert, who is so knowledgeable. We had one breakfast at the hotel and it was amazing. So much variety and good food to choose from. Altogether a great time in Santiago.
