It's a top class hotel, nothing to complain about. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade when we arrived and the room was really nice. The view was spectacular from the 22nd floor facing the CCTV building. The buffet restaurant had a really good selection of food, and even had a malatang station (you select meat and veges and a chef cooks it for you). The hotel is above a really large mall, but it's all fancy expensive stuff. There is a really fancy chocolate shop maybe 4 times more expensive than NZ! The mall leads directly to a train station, which was very convenient for getting around.

The Kerry Hotel is the best hotel we ever experienced while abroad. It was our first trip to China and the neighbourhood already made quite an impression; the staff was helpful, the premises very impressive (there's an Olympic swimming pool, which really sealed the deal for me as an avid swimmer!), the breakfast was also absolutely worth it. A concierge also was very helpful to help us visit Beijing (how to get from one place to another, how to make reservations, etc). We absolutely loved it!
We would also very warmly recommend the "T9" tea shop which is in the mall next to the Kerry hotel. We discovered this brand in China and now we can't wait for the brand to come to Europe, too!

Everything was perfect. We were incredibly well looked after by the staff. The attention to detail, from the concierge to the room cleaning, was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better stay. The facilities were beautiful and clean, and all amenities were of high quality. We didn’t want to leave.
