All the staff were very kind with us, they help us to use Alipay and explain everything that we needed to move around Beijing, moreover to make reservations for Great Wall, Forbidden City, Tianmen Square. They always had a smile and a good attitude, we felt welcomed. Also they asked how we feel about our room. We are really grateful with the girls ❤️ This place offers breakfast, it was very convenient for us, besides it has a strategic location near to different attractions, restaurants, bus stops and metro and if you need to request a Didi transport is very affordable.

Good location - walking distance to many points of interest. The staff was very helpful - for example they have assisted us with arrangement of appointments to visit the Tiananmen square. Also there are many cafes, restaurants and a big grocery store nearby. The room was very spacious!! Breakfast was just excellent: great variety of choices was offered (chineese, american, fresh salads, fruits), and pancakes with house pear jam were just yammy!
