Incredible hotel in the middle of Chengdu. Our room was upgraded upon arrival which was a really nice touch. The hotel is so luxurious. The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and will definitely be booking it again!

I have been in Chengdu for many days and I love the culture here so much. I watched the performance of Shu embroidery inheritors and even embroidered panda bookmarks by myself. It's so meaningful to bring Chengdu culture home! The hotel is very close to various attractions, making it perfect for checking in Chengdu. Nicole is very friendly, thank you very much for giving me a lot of help and advice!

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with the service throughout our visit. The hotel was well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Manager Frank, along with Blair and Emma, went above and beyond to ensure we felt well looked after at all times. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Very good location. Short walk to metro where you can explore Chengdu. Heaps of great Restaurants nearby the hotel. Excellent breakfast, we loved the chinese noodles. Can only recommend to stay here.

Staff at reception was wonderful and extremely helpful to get me wherever I wanted to go.
Dorms are a good size, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean, showers hot water anytime of day. Everything was good, and I will be back in the future
