We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with the service throughout our visit. The hotel was well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Manager Frank, along with Blair and Emma, went above and beyond to ensure we felt well looked after at all times. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Very good location. Short walk to metro where you can explore Chengdu. Heaps of great Restaurants nearby the hotel. Excellent breakfast, we loved the chinese noodles. Can only recommend to stay here.

The staff was profesional, effective and friendly. Everybody speaks English. Housekeeping services accurate. Rooms clean and comfy. Guest managament asistence in the lobby bar was appreciated (a coffee after closing hours). Special thanks for Mina and team for a pleasant stay.
