We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with the service throughout our visit. The hotel was well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Manager Frank, along with Blair and Emma, went above and beyond to ensure we felt well looked after at all times. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

I loved the location. Ideal to catch didi and go for walks. The staff were helpful, kind and very supportive. The facilities were great. Great bed, decent shower and great air conditioning.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. We are staying here for the second time. The staff is extremely friendly.
The rooms are very comfortable, beautiful, and clean. Housekeeping is excellent. The breakfasts are good (especially for China). The inner courtyard is very cozy. The staff is always ready to help and solve any problem. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The value for money is absolutely justified — 100%.
We dream of coming back to this hotel again and visiting this wonderful place. The location is perfect — the Old Town is nearby, the metro station is close, and there are plenty of delicious and affordable local restaurants around.

We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕
All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team.
Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)
