The atmosphere was great. The bar/café upstairs was really cozy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beds felt private and comfortable, the shared facilities were clean and convenient. I had a great stay!

Everything was excellent. The room (2 bedrooms apartment) was very big and clean. Staff was very friendly and majority of them speak good English. Living room is great. Kitchen and dining table are clean and well maintained. Also, we booked a van to visit Wulong from the hotel and the staff was very very helpful (Special thanks to Zoe) and reasonable price. The location is very convenient, and we could see the drone show next to the hotel lobby. Tons of restaurants downstairs at the Raffle City.

Excellent service from housekeeping to the front desk staff. Requests were fulfilled at the shortest time. Full facilities including washing machine and dryer. Most importantly, it was in good condition. The whole area was clean and well maintained. I will recommend it to my family and friends.

The location was excellent, near everything. Super clean, modern, and larger room than expected. In fact the website pictures do not do it justice. Its much better looking than depicted. For a studio its perfect for up to 2 people. The bathroom is HUGE, floor to ceiling marble, and it has a full size tub and nice rain type shower that also has a hand shower. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and opposite that is a washer and dryer built into the wall.
