The location is not necessarily close to any to any tourist destinations but conveniently located near a Subway Line 1 station from which you can easily get to anywhere in Dalian. Both nights I stayed there I spent the late evening hanging out in the lobby with the staff and other guests, playing card and board games as well as chatting. I was speaking in Chinese the entire time so if you do not know the language you may need to use translation apps etc to communicate but the staff are used to foreign guests so you should not face any problems.

The host Ms.Liu was very kind and warm. She tried to support us in many ways to make our stay comfortable. Very flexible and also very easy to reach out. Response is very fast. Location is very very good. Many restaurants and also we loved local street market 5 minutes from the hotel. Local brealfast was very delicious.

Close to the airport, the staff were very helpful and accommodating of my last minute booking due to changed flight times, the room was immaculate and well stocked with tea, coffee and essentials. The 24 hr reception was helpful for my early check out, they spoke English and booked my taxi for me.
