The owner, Lura, is super helpful and meticulous. Our flight was at 11.30 pm, and we requested a late check out. She arranged everything smoothly with an extra charge Y150. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with smart features. We were very impressed with "xiao du". They even provided us with an anti slip mat because we have an 86 years old grandma with us. There was also free supper "green bean soup". Highly recommended!

The staffs are very polite and friendly. We requested for an ashtray in our room and they explained that the hotel is non-smoke hotel but they upgraded our room to a sea view suite with balcony so that we can smoke at the balcony instead. So sweet of them 🤗

The staff was exceptional, always ready to help. The lobby on the 8th floor is very welcoming. The breakfast spread is good. The hotel located inside a old commercial block. It undergo a complete change over in Aug 24. So is look brand new. I enjoy my 2 night stay 100%.

Good value for money, it’s a resort yet located near the city centre. Very well maintained, great customer service, very good breakfast with many choices. Definitely we can highly recommend the place. We came with two kids, they enjoyed the stay here!

Gavin is a lovely host, he made us feel so welcome and accommodated a last minute date change and an early check in hassle free.
Apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a huge relief to have an English speaker contact in the city during our stay. Would recommend to any English speakers travelling to Haikou!

The room was lovely, the bed so comfortable. The staff couldn´t do enough for your stay. We used the gym which was resourced well, and the pool. The environment was lovely and the two restaurants served excellent food. The breakfast had good variety and there was always someone on hand to assist in English. There was daily room service and a turn down service in the evening. Enjoyed our stays immensely.
