It was very clean and comfortable with considerate accessories like warmers, socks and ear muffs in the room. It was also easy to get around with car hailing. There's a big mall five minutes walk away with lots of food, supermarket, shopping and indoor skiing. Hotel staff were helpful and attended to queries quickly.

Breakfast was good. The staff were extremely helpful. They really went the extra mile to help us with our needs. We had the big family room and the price was very good.

The staff were excellent - very helpful, attentive to our needs, lots of TLC's during the our stay. Friendly, they all genuinely looked pleased to see you. Room was roomy light and airy. Beds comfortable and warm. Breakfast had a wide range food western and Chinese. Also it seemed to have a quiet area for eating breakfast. The views from the windows were great. Facilities what you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Very clean hotel. It was a perfect hotel experience.

The host is very kind and considerate. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is very tasteful. It has the warmth of home and the convenience of a hotel. I like the flowers and plants on the balcony. The room provides all the toiletries and bottled water. The location is excellent, overlooking the Sophia Church, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the flood control memorial tower by the river. The host was very enthusiastic to help us arrange transport to the airport as well 3 very big luggages. They have well deserved five stars rating from me, and I highly recommend to friends who come to Harbin for tourism or business trips.
