The room was very modern and clean, the staff at the reception spoke English quite well. A varied Chinese breakfast was available. Green Lake park and old Kunming is about 20 minutes walking distance.

I liked the help and interaction with the lobby staff and also the staff who assisted me at breakfast answering all my questions and were absolutely professional and lovely people to be associated with. I would like to highlight Vivien at the front desk and Ding Juan who were both extremely helpful and made my stay so much more enjoyable.
