I really satisfied with the hotel services and design of building. It’s very clean and fresh. The meals were very nice. There were buffet meals and it’s easy to choose your own favourite food. The hotel also has SPA service and kids rooms.

My room was spacious and comfortable, stuff are very helpful and friendly. Good views from the balcony. The location is superb, easy access to many tourist attractions. I also enjoyed the varity of food for breakfast. Special thanks to Merry Liu and Aileen for upgrade my room and preparing a welcome fruit platter and biscuits.

Ideal hotel, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, close to the beach. It was our first time with our family in China and we had a great holiday from arrival to departure from the hotel. very attentive staff, they helped with everything we needed. Great location right on the beach with a number of restaurants to choose from. good buffet breakfast and room was clean and tidy, good selection of large pools to choose from and heaps of under cover lounges. Staff at reception were amazing and nothing was too much to ask.

We arrived early from a long flight. The reception staff used translate and WeChat to communicate with us as we couldn’t speak Chinese. They stored our luggage while our room got ready and suggested we go sightseeing and would message us once our room was ready. This worked great as we went to the pineapple mall had a look around and got something to eat and within 2 hrs our room was ready.

Location is super nice, 5 mins to walk to the beach. View on the sea is fascinating, from 28th floor was really good! They allowed me to check in earlier than 14:00, so I did not have to wait on the street!!

This place is beatiful. It is not in the busy area, and it’s surrounded by parks. Very quiet indeed. The room is beatiful, with everything (and more) you need, and the house itself is also stunning. The owners are really nice and looking forward to take care of anything you may need. Even though they don’t speak English, they have this translating machine that works wonderful. You can enjoy your room or their beautiful terrace as you please, and they make you feel at home. And they have 3 lovely cats! Also two parrots, a turtle and fishes. The cats won’t bother you at all, but they will let you pet them🤭
