The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It was really quiet as well. The bathroom was modern (Japanese toilet).
Breakfast was outstanding! And the service both at the restaurant and the reception were really good. Great staff!
Finally, location, location, location. A short walk away from Nanjing Road and the metro station at the People's Park. All the buzz and none of the noise. Fantastic stay

Superb location. Few minutes walking distance to the Nanjing Road East St. and 10-15 min walk to either The Bund or People Square.
Very friendly staff, very accommodating, and eager to help.
Space is tight but manageable for a few days if you book the two bunk-bed room with private bathroom and windows.
The room had clever storage solutions and plenty of sockets to plug in your devices.
I loved my stay at the hostel. Would highly recommend it if you are on a budget and don't require a lot of amenities from a proper hotel. Great value for money!!
