Excellent hospitality from my entry till my departure to train station. Very professional & efficient check in which is quite stand out even compare to other hotels i went locally , HK & overseas. Well decorated & equipped guest room. Spacious & all provisions in good condition, only setback is wardrobe space not sufficient enough for 2 pp & the faucet /shower arrangement not user friendly for elderly guests. Other than that, all is top notch to me. Furthermore, unaware afternoon tea is offered upon our arrival which is good that we could have a quick & elegant tea then just out for sightseeing relaxingly. 1 things must be mentioned that the concierge guy( sorry that didn’t asked his name) serving us from entry to the hotel till called cab for us on departure which is very helpful, sincere & professional , excellent representative for this Langham in Shanghai !

The location of the hotel is great, you are in the center of Shanghai, a 5-minute walk from People's Street and subway stations. The breakfast was rich and there was an automatic coffee machine in the lobby, which was a blessing for me :)

The accommodation is close to all Shanghai main attractions as well as closer to the Metro lines with connection toward all directions! The team managing the property are amazingly careful, always supportive and with the best intentions to help in having a good overall Shanghai experience (@Ben and Team, you are fantastic!) The rooms are spacious, well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the stay and feel like home! Cleaning is perfect and I always found my room so neat and clean, even I specifically did not wanted my bedclothes changed every day (and that did not happened) but they looked like . I had an amazing stay and cannot recommend the property more as it is so convenient and with such high level of services! Thank you all there!
