Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful despite the language barrier. The free afternoon tea and late night supper was a nice bonus, plus the laundry and ironing service made the stay feel extra luxurious. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

There is a big mall very close to the hotel. Close to the metro station. The staff is very nice and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable. View was amazing from my room. Very pleased with my stay here.

This is one of the best hotel to stay in Shanghai. The view was breath taking. The facility is top notch, the quality of the bathroom and the bed, felt like i was home. Price was cheap as well, roughly 5000 yuen a night in the best location
