Great location for a tourist. The hotel also had great charm and character, with all the modern finishes whilst still feeling steeped in history. The staff were lovely too and room was very comfortable.

Service staff were very helpful. Before check in, they stored our luggage then delivered it to our rooms once the room was ready. Then sent us walking guides for the neighbourhood. They were always easily contactable via wechat and answered all our questions. Location near Wukang Road, very pleasant to walk around. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms are fantastic. Very comfortable; I slept so well

We had a fantastic stay at Michael's apartment! The place was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and making us feel right at home. The host was incredibly flexible and accommodating, allowing us to check in late, which we truly appreciated. The apartment itself is modern despite the building being a bit older, and we loved how well-maintained everything was. The location couldn't have been better - with the metro close by and plenty of cute coffee shops and restaurants just a short walk away. We loved every moment of our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!!

This apartment is everything you need for a great stay in Shanghai! The biggest plus by far is the location, it is located in a beautiful tree lined street in the French Quarter of the city, with many shops, cafes and restaurants in the street. It is a really trendy neighbourhood with quick acces to metro lines and the rest of the city. The apartment is spacious and is situated in a beautiful old building in Shanghai. The bathroom is clean and all amenities are provided. Michael Lee is also super nice, provides you with everything you ask, and speaks perfect English. I stayed here a week and had a great time. I definitely recommend for solo or couple travelers. Don't miss out on this steal!

Staying at two homestays in a row after arriving in Shanghai was a great experience—both were excellent. Located right by Huaihai Road, it’s super convenient to get around. There are many former residences of famous people nearby, which are wonderful to explore slowly when you have time. There’s also a nice café in the area. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the kids absolutely loved the loft design.

I love the atmosphere of Capella Shanghai, cozy but luxury. Staff is friendly and nice, especially the Assistant Front Office Manager, Mr Terry Zhang. He helped me a lot when i faced the payment problem. His professionalism and kindness made me felt respected and helpful. My dinner experience in LE COMPTOIR DE PIERRE GAGNAIRE is excellent, a must-go place while staying in the Hotel. Auriga spa is a place where I felt recharged after a whole day city walk.

The location is great, 5 min walk from Fuxing park. (A hotspot for nightclubds). All the pictures were accurate, and the room was very spacious. We had a great experience. Also things to be noted: - 5 min walk from a metro station. - Multiple authentic chinese restaurants with in 5-10 min walking distance. - Didi taxi takes you anywhere in the sity for 1-5€ - Beds were extremely comfortable and clean

Amy is a great host and was very responsible for any of our requests. We were missing some laundry detergent and she had it delivered to us in less than an hour. The place is in a great, beautiful and quiet area with a lot of cafés and European restaurants, we really enjoyed staying there especially during the Golden Week, we didn't feel the crowd there at all. Lovely place for 2 or 4, would definitely stay there again.
