The location was excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Nanjing Road and the metro station. There were plenty of malls and restaurants nearby, making everything very convenient. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a great stay!

It's very clean and the staff will do their best to make you feel comfortable. Very convenient location. The bed is very comfortable. Every morning they bring you to the room coffee and croissant including in the price.

We stayed at Shanghai Lemon Deluxe Room南京东路步行街 with our family and had an amazing experience. The location is absolutely perfect – just steps away from East Nanjing Road, with countless cafés, restaurants, and street food options all around.
The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very cozy, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The gated courtyard with a garden creates a peaceful and safe atmosphere, which we appreciated a lot.
Communication with the host was easy and pleasant, they were always ready to help and very responsive. The apartment is also very close to the metro station and within walking distance of major tourist attractions.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Shanghai!

I liked everything about it. location was great for my one-day-only stay in Shanghai this time. I got a room upgrade so had basically a suite. interior is superb.
the staff at reception as well as their concierge were extremely helpful as I don't have any workable Chinese. They stored my luggage for the day (free service), gave travel advice, called taxi etc pp.
I am planning to stay there again on my next trip to Shanghai.

The hotel was a 10/10. Everything was better than described! Staff were kind and helpful, the language barrier was never a problem. The room wasn’t the largest ever but fitted us perfectly and it had modernized amenities. This is a great hotel!!!
