I really liked the location (very central), the design of the rooms was nice, the rooms were very clean. This hotel offers free laundry and drying service, which is amazing. On the last day of my check out, smth happened to my internet connection, so one of the guys working in the hotel helped me order a taxi to the airport, which I’m very thankful for.

Today is our third time staying at the Radisson Hotel. We met a beautiful lady named Chloe who was very gentle and smiling. She checked us in. She said it was only her third day working here after graduation. She was very lovely and professional. Shanghai is an international metropolis, and big hotels need such lovely professionals.
