I had an amazing stay at this hotel. I booked the studio deluxe room. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very nice with a great view on the skyscrapers and a Japanese toilet. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. The area is really nice, there are lots of malls around and there is a good public transport connection. Jojo provided excellent service, helping me with everything I needed and answering any questions I had. Alan was very helpful during checkin. He suggested me to add the Fraser WeChat contact, which came in handy later.

This is an outstanding hotel which is within walking distance of major shopping malls, restaurants and fast food outlets but also close to the station so if you want to use the metro to get around it’s really easy. The rooms are huge, well appointed and the water pressure is great. The hotel restaurant offers a seafood lunch or buffet which is amazing and not expensive.
