Especially I want to thank them for their extra effort to help me find my small box I forgot in the elevators. In addition to that their breakfast is suitable for visitors coming from Europe and their rooms are so clean and so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great and relaxing atmosphere, very friendly staff who gave helpful info about cool local spots to explore, room was as clean, comfortable and beautiful as shown on photos, cute cats lying around, cool neighbourhood. Don’t underestimate the neighbourhood. It is really pleasant to walk around and has so much to offer.

They prepared a special wish of my girlfriend for breakfast. The staff was extremely considered and friendly. The room was perfect. Although the hotel was booked out, we had the feeling that it was not controlled. Very responsive staff.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the whole staff in the front desk, the restaurant and in the housekeeping department were all very friendly and helpful. Their smiles lit up the hotel. The location was great. The hotel was located next to a shopping center with a supermarket and many cafes and restaurants. The bank of China's just opposite the hotel had ATMs, that accepted foreign credit or debit cards. This made it very convenient for us.

The five-star Shenzhenair International Hotel (Shenzhen Shenhang Guojijiudian) is located within walking distance of the Chegongmiao Metro Station.
