Great facilities, towels and slippers provided, bathrooms had soap and paper towel, common room was equipped with games and plenty of seats.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, they wrote a note for me in Chinese to find vegetarian food.
Beds were cosy and comfortable, with bedside light, electrical plugs and shelf, with a thick curtain for privacy and light protection.
Social vibes are also very good, the common area is very well suited to meet people. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Xi'an (even if it were more expensive it would be worth it).

Just perfect !! The room's view of xi'an was beautiful, the situation of the hotel was so convenient ( near subway, convenience store and shopping's store). And the room .. the bed is so great. Beautiful stay !! The housekeeping's service (ladies) on the 11th floor was so nice and helpful. And your tea time (free) is also a nice break during a hot day !! Thanks

Beautiful rooms, outstanding location - not just the metro 150m away but that Bell Tower on your doorstep, literally! - and the most friendly, helpful staff I encountered on the trip. Loved everything about it.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was not as close to the metro as I would have hoped, but once I arrived it was very easy to navigate around the city. The room was fantastic, the amenities were great. Very luxurious for a great price. Would definitely stay here again next I visit.
