We can fully recommend this nice accommodation. The room was very quiet, comfortable with very good beds and clean. The shower ist hot and strong. The whole hotel is realy stylish and the stuff ist very, very friendly and helped us everytime. They served us Cappuccino for free several times and they prepared a very good breakfast. The hotel is located near the old city and in a walking distance to the metro. So we could make the trip to the terracotta warriors by Metro and bus very easy.

In the Beilin district of Xi'an, close to Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Xi'an Firefly Hotel features a shared lounge and a washing machine.

Amazing experience at Xi'an Firefly Hotel! Let's start with the facilities. It's more like an apartment with 24h hotel services. Mini fridge to keep your drinks cool (to be honest you wouldn't find it in most hotels at the same price)and a washing machine I found it quite handy! A projector on the wall if you wanna use your phone or just watch live TV. Rooms were quite clean. You can see the lightup city wall from the window at night, so close! Can easily hail a taxi cab downstairs if you don't feel like walking to the metro station(Yongningmen stop about 10 mins walking distance). It's away from the noisy and busy streets and yet close enough to walk to a lot of places, like the south gate, city wall, and there's a beautiful park along the city wall and the popular morning market is also within the walking distance. When we headed to another city for a few days, the hotel staff was so nice to keep my big luggages at their storage at no charge! I would highly recommend Firefly to anyone who's after a comfortable stay around the South gate!

The staff make the stay. Jason and Dung specifically. Ran into a major problem with an external service provider. These two were magnificent, so much so that I felt the need to write to the manager to commend both. "Jack" at the front desk - the master of the translation app!!!! - Great fun and we enjoyed a laugh.loved the stay here and happy to recommend to anyone.

This property was amazing. It is located perfectly and within walking distance with everything you could ever want. The facilities are perfect and staff are even better. Honestly, this hotel is really great. We were originally unsure about Xi’an, but honestly it is such a great place. Book this hotel, you won’t regret it. It’s a great base for exploring Xian.
