*Staff is very welcoming. Especially Moon Yang at the reception, very professional and helpful on our arrival, she assisted us kindly when we needed to find a drugstore and proposed to help on every situation. We also highly appreciated Elisa Ma, at Ambrosia, her kindness during our breakfast time.
*The water refill at Canopy is INCREDIBLE! Unlike the other hotels of this level, especially those in the U.S, we had almost 12 bottled water everyday, without even asking.

The location is amazing, you're right into the Everbright scene. The hotel room is very spacey for the price.

I did not book with breakfast - had my own protein shakes however I was upgraded after extending my stay and the breakfast was incredible - so much choice in differing cultures. The Chef Mukesh Singh was very engaging, even brought me my coffee personally as they were closing, great service.
My room was more than I could have expected with so much attention to detail even in the desk drawer equipped with office supplies like gem-clips, scissors and file clips. So many details in the dressing room/walkin cupboard and the bath, wow!
Even the entrance, Lounge and walkways to the adjacent gym and pool are sublime.
As for the view: my huge window had clever curtaining ensuring by overlapping, there was no light creeping in through the usual time change, circadian rhythm the body goes through flying west to east... looking out across Tang Mall and watching the evening live Dynasty Show every night prompted me to actually get to the front of the stage and watch it live.
Location - there are many malls with western stores like Zara however the INTIME Mall adjacent to the hotel is a treat - especially the Lyften product store for salty snacks and the supermarket on the lower level is a dream of luscious produce however only Alipay or cash (not wechat pay) is accepted so also download Alipay for simplicity.
Front desk manager Harvey Wang just made my stay even more memorable: your care, professionalism and a greeting wherever you saw me was well received, as was my parting Xi'an gift, thank you Sir.

Nice new hotel with loads of funny style elements. Very comfortable room good bed super-soft bedding and a temple shower room with a nice and stylish bath tub. Breakfast was awesome, loads of choice both asian and continental food so the day started good.

Fabulous hotel just outside centre of Xi'An. Very funky style with trendy industrial decor. Friendly staff. Beautifully clean room with comfortable beds. Free Coffee in bar area. Would definitely stay again!

Clean structure with nice new rooms. Good position. Staff was welcoming and helpful, but communicating with them can be difficult for a westerner, as nobody speaks english. Be ready to use an online translator (or learn some basic chinese!).
