Staff were great and extremely helpful. The suites are lovely to stay in with wonderful views, the food in the main restaurant was delicious and had cuisines from around the world as well as local food. Mr Wang was a great concierge at the desk too

lobby looks neat and smart; room is spacious and clean; fit out looks good; comfortable beds and thick curtains make good sleep; walls must be acoustically insulated so that no cross talk between rooms; loved the air con which has its own control of heating/cooling; front desk staff very helpful; location is very close to the famous Dayan Tower and Datang Everbright City, yet quiet enough for a good sleep; several nice restaurants just steps away; room has a smoke alarm and sprinkler heads; like the smell of the toiletry

Literally the best experience ever!! I highly recommend staying here because of so many reasons 😍the location is super convenient. 10 mins to a subway/ bus station. So many different places to eat, buy fruit and any other necessities you may need. But even if you fail to get sth to eat, you can do it here by preparing instant noodles in a lobby which is both a unique experience and a cheap bargain ( only 6 yuan). The interior is also amazing, we made great pictures with a neon XIAN sign there. The rooms are amazing. Everything about them is cool, the lights, the mirrors, the bathroom and even a projector with local Chinese platforms to watch shows and even sing karaoke. We tried to get the best of it and it was so much fun! There are also bathroom essentials, including a robe( which are renewed daily) so there is no need to pack any of it for your trip. In general c out of our 7-day trip, this stay was the most pleasant and enjoyable.

A tidy stay, location was excellent, right next time the Bell Tower, walking distance to the Muslim Quarter, metro directly next door to the hostel. Hostel was very clean. Service was very helpful in assisting in transportation, buying tickets etc which makes it helpful for a non native speaker. Overall a good experience and would stay here again.

The design of the entire hostel - lobby, halls, rooms. Very cozy and awesome location. Free breakfast, water and fruits provided. For that price per night it was a bargain.

Our stay here felt luxurious. The facilities were great, clean, and beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The location was incredible as well, sitting just outside of the central subway station (not even a need to take a taxi anywhere). If you're going to Xian, this is the place to stay!

The hotel's facilities and services were excellent. We were provided with a pair of connecting rooms, which were very convenient and comfortable for our family. The room condition was also superb. Although it is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest subway station, the hotel is located in a quiet area and offers a full range of amenities, including a swimming pool and restaurants. Exploring the many historical sites and museums in Xi'an, and staying at one of the city's top hotels, will surely make for an unforgettable and memorable trip.
