Super helpful staff with great English skills. The receptionist helped us send a wallet that we had forgotten to our next hotel and she was super kind and efficient. Facilities around the reception and bar area was super chill and cozy. Would definitely recommend

Staff were extremely helpful and offered choice of room as well as information about it.
The facilities were excellent and great value for money. Hotels in Beijing at double the price were not so elegant and clean. Location was also excellent. It was quiet and private despite being in the very centre of Xi'an.

It was a beautiful hotel. Our room was amazing, so comfortable and elegant, with a beautiful small private garden area. The food choices at breakfast were excellent and we ate one delicious evening meal here. The staff were lovely and so helpful. They found out it was my birthday when I was staying and delivered a gift and cake to the room.
