We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier.
We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style.
Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended for those who is planning to visit Zhangjiajie. Don't worry about the location as it's very convenient to book a Didi to travel around Zhangjiajie. It's common to travel for 20-45mins by Didi from one destination to another in Zhangjiajie as the national parks ate located in different places. The view and facilities of the hotel made us wanted to spend more time in the hotel. The staffs would create a Wechat group upon check in, so that you could request or enquire anything. They are very helpful! It would be a plus point for those who likes dogs and cats too. They even provide free shuttle to airport/train station (they will contact you via Booking.com).

We loved this homestay: as we stayed 3 nights, we were upgraded and we got the chance to stay in the best room (spacious, calm and comfortable). The breakfast and the dinner were plentiful and very tasty (our host Mary is a great cook). The location is just perfect if you want to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park with Hallelujah Avatar Mountains (300m from the entrance).. Besides, our host speaks english and knows perfectly the Park.. not only she helped us to prepare our visit (tickets, maps and route), but she also helped us when we were lost..
Overall, we felt at home.. Mary, her little puppy and our driver made our stay unforgettable..

Everything was very clean, the environment was pleasant and relaxed. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The food is various and tasty. The setting around is picturesque and has many restaurants and shops. Free water available, very helpful in summer heat. Best hotel we did during our trip. Would note higher if possible.

I liked this hotel, location, personnel and the bath on the balcony. The room was large. I got a lot of help and guidance from the personnel, they really care and help. Breakfast was good. The place is calm and relaxing.

The hostel is located very near the park entrance, excellent quality/price ratio.
But the real highlight is Wally. He is very kind and, above all, able to give you very useful tourist information on the park and on any needs you have to plan your stay.

The view around this resort is hard to beat. Just mesmerizing nature and mountains all around the resort especially from the "infinity" pool. Serene location and lovely staff. I enjoyed this hotel the most in China. Just make sure to bring a 360 camera. You will understand when you get there :)
