Our stay at Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel was exceptional! The service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. A special shoutout to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our trip—she assisted with everything from planning our itinerary to sorting out currency and even arranging transportation. The place is great. Location is 5min from the park entrance. Great host, easy to reach by wechat, and managed to book transportation from the airport and to the train station smoothly. Would come back!

Тhis is one of the best hotels I've been to! For this price we got a big apartment consisting of two rooms, a small dining room and a beautiful clean bathroom. Everything was modern and clean (what is not oft in China!). It is possible to wash and dry your clothes at the hotel.
The hotel located 15 minutes from the entrance to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and near the main street with cafes, markets and shops.
But the most important thing is the staff! An excellent girl immediately wrote out a plan for us for 3 days, with all the routes and places to visit! She gave us a map and noted everything on it, helped us buy all the necessary tickets, was always in touch and even changed money at the bank so that we didn’t waste time on it! It was just a delight!

The homestay is very authentic and elegant nestled inside a beautiful mountain. The staff are extremely helpful and caring which makes my stay memorable. They drive you to different national park with nice cars and safe driver. They help you with ticket bookings and itinerary and found us the best guide!

Rooms were a decent size and beds were big and comfortable (average to soft mattress for westerners standards). We could rest very well due to the location: outskirts of Wulingyuan so it was quiet. Rebecca and her family were very hospitable and accommodating: she gave us a lot of information about the park, took us to the entrance by car, helped us buy tickets, do laundry and gave us fruit and juice upon our arrival. The concerns we had were addressed. We had dinner once at the hotel and the home cooked meal was really tasty. Good value for money, I would recommend!
