The most wonderfull thing about this hotel is a natural true “home feeling” there. All the attitude, attention and care from a lovely employee Tiffany create such a warm atmosphere around. She gives necessary guidelines about the Park, what to see there, the best routes for walking, she follows you to the Park entrance every morning, always available for contact and help, picks you up after walking. That is very valuable. I do recommend this hotel also because it is perfectly located close to the unpopular West park entrance what help you to avoid crowds. After an active mountain day you can swim there or chill at the hotel terrace. The room was cleaned every day. You will definitely enjoy staying at this hotel.

We loved this homestay: as we stayed 3 nights, we were upgraded and we got the chance to stay in the best room (spacious, calm and comfortable). The breakfast and the dinner were plentiful and very tasty (our host Mary is a great cook). The location is just perfect if you want to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park with Hallelujah Avatar Mountains (300m from the entrance).. Besides, our host speaks english and knows perfectly the Park.. not only she helped us to prepare our visit (tickets, maps and route), but she also helped us when we were lost.. Overall, we felt at home.. Mary, her little puppy and our driver made our stay unforgettable..

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was bonza. Mate, the location is unbeatable – just a lazy stroll to the beach and a couple of solid cafes for a flat white that actually tastes like coffee. The room was spotless, the bed was proper comfy, and the little balcony was a gem for having a cold one in the arvo. Big thumbs up for being eco-friendly with the water-saving measures and the solar panels. Good on ya's. But what really made it were the staff. No drama, just really laid-back and helpful. Gave us a top tip about a secret surf break that wasn't crawling with people. We almost booked one of the big chain hotels – so glad we didn't. This place has heaps more character. Fair dinkum, no mucking about, we'll be back. Cheers!

The helpfulness of the owner already started days before our arrival. Make sure you have WeChat before you get here, and that you have a decent translation app. English is poorly spoken here, but the helpfulness is beyond anything I have ever expected. Also the room is amazing.

Amazing place, the best hotel we have been to so far. The room is very nice, bed comfortable and Carol is such a beautiful person, very helpful. We also ate the food her family and herself cook and it was very tasty. The location is perfect We highly recommand this place

The staff was incredibly helpful they helped us to buy the tickets for ZJJ national park and Tianmenshan and also to organise the tour. The position is perfect to visit ZJJ National Park, just 2 minutes by car from the north entrance cableway. The food and the room exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful experience especially because of the place where we were staying. We definitely recommend it!

The homestay is located in the forest park scenic area. The environment is super nice. There is a small courtyard and a swimming pool. There is also a small stream in front of the door where you can play in the water. The room was clean and comfortable. The landlady served us very warmly. The boss's dishes were delicious, especially the white-feathered black-bone chicken and cured meat at his place, which was particularly tasty. It was my favorite style. When we went to the mountains for a trip, we took the bus right at the door, which saved us a lot of time. It was a perfect travel experience.
