Location is fantastic, a very short walk to cable station and in the midst of lots of eateries and massage parlours. Lucian is a great host; upgraded me, very prompt in answering any queries on WhatsApp, booked my tour ticket at discounted price and gave information that made seeing the sights seamless.

Everything was perfect! The girl at the reception speaks great english and she is lovely, as well as the rest of her family :) The location is 100/10, just a few steps from the Tianmen mountain cable car!

One of the best Apartments I have ever booked. It was very modern, everything was clean and we had a great view on the mountains.
Also was there a billard table and the whole shared space was pretty nice.
The Host helped us everyday to get to the attractions near the area.
If you go to Zhangjiajie I would totaly recommend this apartment.

This is a lovely home style family run boutique hotel
With a great view of Tianmen mountain. Service was great and very nice clean rooms . We had a great home cooked dinner which I believe the father of the owner made for us. Breakfast was included and was also very good. We had a wonderful stay! Also there is the cutest dog that greets all the guests - My daughters fell in love with him.

First of all, I want to talk about Jenny. She is a wonderful host. She bought my tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest and Tianmen Mountain before I arrived. She told me where to visit on the map. She helped me with everything. She was my biggest luck in Zhangjiajie. She even opened her kitchen for me since I couldn't eat Chinese food :) She made Turkish food for them and we ate it together with great pleasure. Thank you for everything Jenny. The location of the hotel is great and it is 5-10 minutes walking distance to everywhere. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. There is hot water 24 hours a day and the room was very warm. It was one of the best places I stayed during my world tour. Hope to see you again

The guy in charge at the reception so cool! , he was really kindly. He drop us to the train station and was so helpfull with the info we asked. Also the breakfast so good!

Everything was perfect! The hotel offers activities in Zhangjiajie, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The free airport pick-up service is super convenient. The bed was more comfortable than in some 5-star hotels. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, varied, and filling. Plus, access to a washing machine was a great bonus!

Beautiful and cozy hotel in the city centre of Zhangjiajie. It has everything we need. The owner was very friendly and took time to suggest different routes for my parents and me. The hotel is decorated with old stuff which looks very cool.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff spoke little English but were very helpful when I used the translator app. My original room smelt like cigarette smoke and when i asked to change, they were very accommodating. There was also free use of laundry machines at the hotel.
