Receptionist was friendly, helpful and spoke English. The rooms were massive so we had loads of space to store our luggage. Location was very central, since we arrived to Zhengzhou via night train at the Central railway station, we were able to get to the hotel in just 10mins walk. As we arrived to the property at 10:30am, they let us check in immediately which was greatly appreciated.

The location was great, within walking distance to the shopping mall and to Erqi Square. Plenty of restaurants nearby, including inside the mall. Breakfast was wonderful, with ample variety and high quality. Staff was very helpful.

The buffet breakfast from the 28th floor had great variety and was very tasty and fresh. The 28th floor is rotating and the views from there are so good. The rooms are spacious and clean, bigger than 90% of what you would find in China. The staff at Yuehai hotel were all friendly and helpful, we would often chat with them and since we stayed there for 17 nights, by the end of our stay we all knew each other haha. The cleaner on the 20th floor was especially lovely and would often chat with my grandma while cleaning her room, so that was greatly appreciated and very nice of her. The location of the hotel is also good, with heaps of shops and restaurants right next to it.
