The penthouse features two very spacious terraces with breathtaking views over Praia. Its central location in a safe neighborhood is ideal. The apartment itself is enormous, with generously sized rooms, and ensuite bathrooms, that provide all the comforts you could need. The only minor drawbacks are the firm mattresses in some of the rooms—which is a subjective preference—and the boiler sometimes struggles to provide sufficient water pressure or hot water for such a large apartment. However, these issues do not detract from the overall experience. Additionally, the host is incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I was thoroughly impressed with this penthouse and would highly recommend staying here.

Everything. Very good installations, very clean and well furnished for a good holiday. Surround all kinds of shops, good transports everywhere and a nice walk to the beach. The owners were very kind and concerned with our wellbeing .

We really enjoyed our stay at Dolce Vita. Especially, the support and service of Neves was quite nice. The apartment is the most well equipped, we have been ever to. Here, you get a completely kitchen with all basic spices and stuff like at home. We can really recommend the apartment!
PS: If you travel from the airport, take the opportunity to get to the apartment with Neves. Less stress and easier to find :)

The apartment is new with all comforts and very nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay. Check-In was easy. The area is quite and safe. You can walk along the sea to reach the beach takes around 10-15 mins. For Plateu you will need a Taxi though but we did not mind
