Everything was better than expected, a new building, there is a nice smell in the building and in the room, everything was clean, the view was on the inner courtyard and it was very quiet. It is close to the city center, praise for the pin instead of the key and self check in and check out

We were lucky to be able to check in early. It's very helpful after a long journey. The room is very clean and bright. The location is in front of Florenc station(yellow and red line) also close to Florence bus terminal. The breakfast is delicious.

The apartment is amazing. The location, the owner, how ti was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The little things, like tbl for dishwasher and washing machine. Would recomend to everybody and would definitelly stay there again.

Absolutely stunning and cozy apartment! Looks exactly same as on pics. Equipment has everything that you can desire. We didn't expect the apartment to be so well equipped. The location is amazing - 1min walk to the metro, bus and tram station. Maybe 15min walk to main square in the center. Next door we found bagel place with delicious breakfast sets - highly recommend. Couple supermarkets near apartment. In the kitchen we found a detailed guide with so much useful information about so many topics. Self check-in without any problems and wasting time. We also had welcoming beers in the fridge! Even tho we didnt meet the owners personally, we were perfectly taken care of by them. Splendid stay, thank you!!

A really nice apartment very conveniently located near to Krizikova metro station and tram stops. Property was clean and warm and very cosy and was well stocked with everything you needed for a long or short stay...Supermarkets,shops,restaurants and pubs were all close by....I would definitely stay here again.

Modern apartment with decent kitchen, looks out onto a green roof (as in, plants) as well as the courtyard of the Italian restaurant below, which is nice. Was able to cook a few meals here, and genuinely loved the handy location. Right across the road from a LIDL supermarket, plenty of other stores as well as a Starbucks nearby. Modern digital access including a camera on the street you can see from your room, big TV, a washing machine and dishwasher! Value for money.
