Easy check in and check out. Staff was at the reception when we arrived and we were able to contact via WhatsApp and messages on booking. Fresh apartment with everything needed for a short or long stay. Lidl was just downstairs and opens at 7:00 from Monday - Saturday. It’s open at sundays as well, don’t know what time.

The location is really central and all the main tourist attractions are walkable. Tram is in front of the building, 2 supermarkets down the street, smart TV, full kitchen, really quiet, I really enjoyed m stay here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Marcella gave us excellent advice on where to go for shopping, eating, sightseeing & transport, she could not have been a better host. We enjoyed our complimentary drinks on arrival and hot wine and traditional Czech biscuits during our stay.
