We stayed at Encore Boutique Residence by Dwellfort with our family and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it very easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. LOCATION: charming residential neighbourhood, walking distance (or few stops by train) from the historic centre. Close to all the sites, yet no rowdy tourists causing havoc underneath your windows in the middle of the night. ROOM: effectively small apartments - big bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower, clean, comfy, functional elegance, plenty of storage, good wifi, TV set, safety box. BREAKFAST: fantastic, they bake three different types of cakes every day right there, wide section of both savoury and sweet; STAFF: very friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Our stay at Vinohradsky Dum was nothing short of excellent! The location alone is unbeatable—just about 50 steps from the I.P. Pavlova metro station, with tram lines right nearby and the heart of the city within easy reach. It truly made exploring Prague effortless. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It is neat, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. The attention to detail is remarkable—everything from cutlery and crockery to laundry capsules for the washing machine, dishcloths, refuse bags, and other essentials was provided. These little extras made the stay feel both luxurious and wonderfully convenient. The wi-fi is also fast and connectivity is reliable here! The reception staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist, and went above and beyond by offering to store our luggage on the final day after check-out—such a considerate gesture that we greatly appreciated. If we had to mention any areas for improvement, it would be the limited supply of coffee pods (just two for the entire stay) and the infrequency of towel exchange and room cleaning (only once during our 10-day visit). However, these are small details compared to the overall outstanding experience. For everything else, Vinohradsky Dum truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague and would not hesitate to return.
