The hammock in the room with with a view to the zoo, being able to hear the monkeys and elephants (when opening the window) was a great and unique experience. Rooftop terrace and the view spectacular. Art and design was great

The room was neat and tidy! The breakfast in the morning is excellent and the spread was so good! The staffs were super supportive and informative. There is a U train facility within 2 mts walk from the station and its close to shopping area. Good transport system and Hop on Hop off bus is starting so near to the hotel is added advantate for tourist.

The A/C wasn't working in one of our rooms and the staff immediately provided us with a different room. The hotel was super clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The Metro station was very close to the hotel making travel around the city very easy. Parking was available on site.
