The location right at the Hauptbahnhof platforms is just perfect for those who arrive/depart by train. The view from the window of course not ocean or mountain peaks but to the station is actually interesting. Waling distance (5 min. to the old town (cathedral, market square, Beethoven house etc) Room for the price was extremely clean, well equipped and bed big enough. Bathroom ultra clean and not too small. Don't be scared off by the railway station location, it doesn't disturb and is super convenient.

The location of the hotel, access to the city was easy, the facilities were great. I requested to have 4 guests join me last minute for a breakfast and it was easily arranged.

Did not expect to get a small gift for Easter from the hotel. It is quite a surprise for me. Asked a girl tips on the public transport from the receptionist in Bonn to get the ticket on public transportation. I am waiting for the front office personal to pick up the luggage but the person is away. The cleaning stuff also helped to look for the staff.
