The place was easy to locate and they were incredibly nice. They allowed me to do an early check-in, which was a lifesaver. Both the host and the person who cleaned rooms were kind and available. I went just the one day; but I'm saving the place in case I come back in the future.

Great experience and very good value for money. Super nice and friendly stuff. Would recommend! Constructive feedback: - Toilet had flushing problem but it was cleaned daily - Fitness was small (low roof too) and very basic but did the job for one training - Food was good but not much variety. It is good for 3 nights, though.

Perfectly located from the concert arena, literally directly across the street and couldn’t be easier to access, just cross the cross walk and you are there. The hotel was easy to find, check in at the front desk was easy everything was clean, updated well laid out. Parking is located directly below the hotel and we had a small car so that worked. If I had a larger car it would have been difficult. My son and I were able to walk from the hotel to downtown Cologne in 25 minutes and there is a beautiful pedestrian path that google maps guides you on Unfortunately our concert was cancelled but glad we came all the way out to the hotel to see the city. Hotel breakfast was absolutely perfect, buffet style with everything you could want, fresh, healthy, indulgent options.
