Great hotel! The room was clean and cozy, and the staff was very friendly. I had to check in late at night and was a bit worried about getting into the hotel, but communication via WhatsApp was so clear, helpful, and polite that the check-in process went quickly and smoothly. Staying in this hostel has been amazing! The staff is young and super nice and my room was perfect: double bed and super privacy due to the curtains. The toilets and the showers were always clean and the common area is very cozy and you can get free coffee or tea. The hostel is located in the heart of the city centre, 5 minutes walking to the Christmas markets. I honestly think that for this price and this location you can’t really find something better in Cologne!

The hotel was in an excellent location - very close to Cologne train station and the old town. The hotel was very clean and modern. We were upgraded to a loft room which was a nice surprise! The unexpected sandwiches, coffee and juice for breakfast were delicious!! The front staff were friendly and helpful. We would come again when in Cologne.

Beautiful accommodation. The host Simona was very helpful. The facilities are excellent and the location is perfect. Less than 10 mins walk to the S-Bahn into the main station (2 stops) and less than 15 mins to U-BAHN. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room utilities of a coffee machine, fridge and kettle was perfect for us. Cups and glasses also supplied. The location is very quiet with cafés and small shops for convenience. We enjoyed our stay in cologne and this accommodation played its part. We highly recommend this accommodation to all.
