Their professionalism and warmth truly made our stay unforgettable. 🔐 The hotel's safety measures are top-notch. Each guest receives a key card that grants access to the hotel and activates the elevator, ensuring only guests can reach their floors. This system effectively prevents non-guests from entering, significantly reducing the risk of incidents. Additionally, the internal floor doors can be opened from the inside, allowing guests to go down to the reception while maintaining security by preventing external access. I felt incredibly secure throughout my stay, which is really important when visiting a town or neighborhood for the first time. 🥞 I absolutely loved the breakfast at this hotel! It was fully stocked every morning with a fantastic variety of options. From fresh fruit, pancakes, and an assortment of sweets and pastries to a great selection of bread, there was something for everyone. The drinks were just as impressive, with freshly squeezed juice, ginger shots, and a wide range of fresh tea and machine made coffee. It really set the perfect tone for the day. Highly recommend starting your morning here! 💲 The hotel stay was a bit over our budget due to Euro 2024, but it was completely understandable. The excellent overall quality of the hotel, food, and amenities made it worth every penny. 🍻🧹 I also loved the hotel's innovative idea of skipping room cleaning in exchange for a free drink!

The family room was very cosy and the breakfasts were plentiful however it’s best to get down to breakfast earlier than later. This is because it gets very busy between 8.30-9.30am. Overall it was a great stay at the hotel and the staff were kind and helpful.

Room was big, bed was comfortable, really nice people at the reception. I would go back.

Bed was best bed we have ever slept on. Accidentally locked myself out and was in a rush to be somewhere so owner was lovely enough to come asap

We loved the apartment, it was spacious, better than expected and we had a great night's sleep. It was very well laid out, had everything we needed, including iron and ironing board, and the best part is there are little parrots that live in the trees nearby that would visit on the balcony. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends who plan to visit Köln. It's also close to both arenas, so that was a definite bonus.

The place was super clean and our host Christian was also really friendly! He answered almost immediately when I needed help with things and was really helpful.
