I received excellent service from Ms Ivanka at the reception counter. All staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was well furnished providing good quality and value for money, bathroom absolutely new and clean. Location of Coellner Hof is perfect, near to subway station and many choices for eating out. Everything! The hotel was nice, clean and in a nice position at walking distance from the center of the city. I was actually surprised by how stylish the room was! The bed was especially comfortable, with a high mattress and soft, plush pillows and duvet. The bathroom was small but well organised and both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotless. I had a really pleasant stay and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for is beautiful, clean and good value for money
