The staff was very nice and approachable. The whole hotel was spotless. Breakfast was very good, with fresh food. It is a 2 minute walking distance to the nearest tram. Lovely experience.

Second time we stayed here and would always come again. Ambience is lovely, breakfast good, staff very friendly, good location, out of the city centre but very accessible to Cologne. Views over the river are just lovely. Really clean and feels like home

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was simply perfect – from the overall comfort to the smallest details. I especially loved the room with its spacious terrace and incredibly comfortable bed with an orthopedic mattress – I’ve never slept better! The staff were absolutely wonderful – always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any question or issue. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was in an excellent location - very close to Cologne train station and the old town. The hotel was very clean and modern. We were upgraded to a loft room which was a nice surprise! The unexpected sandwiches, coffee and juice for breakfast were delicious!! The front staff were friendly and helpful. We would come again when in Cologne.
