Hotel was good, staff was friendly and everyone spoke fluent English which made it really easy for us to communicate in all aspects. Comfortable beds and really big pillows. Also the coffee machine in the room was a really good add-on.

Absolutely everything! Perfect stay in a perfect location. From our welcome at the reception, drinks at the bar ,breakfast on the terrace, to our farewell....could not fault a thing. Wished our stay was longer!

We visited Phantasialand in April 2024 with our electric car.The apartment-hotel is only a few minutes away by car which is great. As soon as we arrived at the apart-hotel we spotted the charging stations in front of the building which was very useful for us. Checkin and payment was easy via the machine in front of the building. We also booked 1 night of underground parking. The building is brand new. The family room we stayed in is on the top floor and is huge! It had a open plan living room area with TV, tables and kitchen. In addition there is a bathroom with a walk-in-shower, toilet and sink. The sofa was already readily converted into a very comfy double bed. There was a separate additional bed room with a comfortable double bed that had it's own bathroom featuring the same amenities as the first one. We had access to the terrace which extends to the neighboring apartment-hotel room. The decoration was elegant and tasteful. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. We did not need to prepare meals but if we had needed to, the cupboards seemed to have all necessary equipment. There were no sinages of what we should or should not do which made it feel more classy. Less is more. Above all I enjoyed the quietness of the area and the size of the room because the kids had enough space. Bonus tip: For climbing enthusiasts, there is a very tall climbing tower across the street.
