I should say that in fact we were upgraded to the Bulow Palais next door: all my comments therefore relate to that. The Bulow Palais breakfast is superb: everything you want.

The apartment was beautiful, with everything you could ever need. Marcel and Lisa ensured a seamless stay and messaged in to check if everything was going OK. The apartment is spacious, very clean and with all the modern appliances. Location is excellent and a perfect stay for those with families.

Everything! The decor was lovely, the facilities excellent, spacious, great location as a hub to the Altstadt and a major station. It was quiet and close to eateries. It even had a minibar.

The house has very good location. Tram station is quite close and you can easily walk to the city center. The apartment was equipped with all necessary facilities. It was very cosy, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and sincerely recommend to the others.

The location is perfect, with a large garden in the back that leads directly to the river — ideal if you're traveling with a dog, as we were. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room and discovered that our dog had its own luxurious bed waiting! Of course we anouncend that we will travel with our dog. Breakfast was excellent as well, and the staff were always nearby, friendly, and very helpful.

Breakfast was excellent. My room was quite large, larger than in many other hotels close to the main train station in Dresden. The price was also about 10% lower than in the case of the hotels close to the main train station. Wi-fi and TV were perfect. Great services. I liked very much the view from my window at the 4th floor - I could see the river about 400 meters away. The train station Dresden Neustadt is only 5 minutes (or 1 tram stop) away from the hotel. I used No. 3 tram to go to the university (a direct connection, 20 minutes drive) and there is No. 3 tram stop just round the courner from the hotel - perfect. I am sensitive to noise and I need a quite environment to sleep - the room was not totally quite (train and tram lines nearby) but it was acceptable - I have slept well. I have already recommended the the hotel to a few of my colleagues for their next trip to Dresden.

very nice& friendly receptionist girl who offered me the room even earlier than check-in started. I was more than happy as was frozen and needed hot shower!! very nice location , just 20 min walk from the historical centre and just 10 min walk from the Neustadt-Bahnhof very good breakfast also for vegans! guiet and clean room + very-well designed lobby. like it!!
