The room was bigger than we were expecting and very clean. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English - they gave us a kettle to use when we asked as there isn't one in the bedroom. Although the reception is round the corner from the building we were in, it was clearly labelled and the staff helped us to find our way. There were some cute touches such as some sweets when we entered and complimentary drinks in the mini fridge.

Initially got mistakenly placed in a mixed apartment but after requesting a bed in a female only apartment, it was granted right away. No trouble at all and I am very grateful for the quick response and help!
