Did not realize that we would be on board on moored ship, which was located right at the beginning of the old town/altstadt. Parking was right near the ship and was worth the hassle of finding the lot.

Hotel is first of all extremely clean and the fact that they don't allow pets makes a big difference. Very good breakfast buffet with personal touch gives you a good start of the day. Hotel is situated in a quiet, secluded and secure area but you are still within 500 meters to all the nicest restaurants / Hausbrauerei's and 800 meters to the KÖ Galerie.
